Time flies, huh? It’s Monday again. I’m trying to open my eyes and get ready to take the most out of this week. Coffee helps a lot…

January was one of the best months business + blogging wise and I’m pretty proud of myself. I’ve already mentioned that I quit alcohol for the whole January and it seriously improved my overall well being. I was able to sleep better, be more productive & have fun without it. I guess it’s always easier to get rid of a bad habit than include a good one into your routine, huh?

Well, let’s give it  shot…

In February, I’m joining the boy in no-sleeping-in challenge. This means we’re going to force ourselves to be awake at no later than 7am every work day. It might seem like a regular time to a lot of you, but having 2 freelancers in the house can be a bit rough on managing that morning routine. What can I say, those morning cuddles are hard to resist…

Last month I’ve also joined the gym, so I’m hoping to continue with my at least 3 times a week schedule. I don’t have a specific goal for my fitness, but I can see regular work outs already improved my posture and raised my energy levels. Who would say no to this?
