Personal:
It’s been a great weeks, folks! I’m not sure if I’ve already mentioned this, but I quit alcohol for the whole January and as much as I enjoy a glass of Pinot with my dinner, I feel like choosing a healthier choices improves my productivity levels big time. This must be the reason why I finally feel in charge of the work I do during the week and I feel more present. Of course ,going to the gym and choosing healthier diet also helps to stay on track and I truly wish to stay this way for the rest of the year. We’re our worst enemies when it comes to challenges and rules, but I have way too many plans & projects that I just can’t afford being lazy these days.
I hope you’re going to stick around for another week, friends. Let me know how was your weekend? Did you have some well deserved rest?
