You probably already now about my endless love for pasta. I could without a doubt eat it every day without getting bored. I mean, you can create endless number of recipes and they most of the time would work out. When making pasta most of the time I just combine things I find in my fridge and add some extra love. Or if it doesn’t work out- well, cheese always saves a day.

Fall is definitely the time when my mom starts to bring me the goodies from her garden and there comes a moment when I have to figure out how to use them. The other day I found a lonely courgette in my fridge and wondered what I could do with it, there was some feta cheese leftover and I risked to mix both of these together. It worked! What you’ll need:

• 1/2 pack of feta cheese
• 2 tomatoes
• 1 small courgette
• a handful of spinach
• salt+pepper+herbs+olive oil
• tagliatelle pasta
• 1 clove of garlic

How to prepare:

• take your casserole dish and add some olive oil+ chopped veggies (except from garlic)+ top that with feta cheese and place in preheated over for about 20mis
• prepare your pasta
• once veggies are done- throw in your cooked pasta into the  dish. add some salt + pepper and squeeze garlic glove in. mix everything together and leave in the oven for another 5 mins.

and this is it, you’ll be good to go! it’s brilliantly easy and so delicious. give it a go and let me know what you thought.
