Happy Monday, friends! I’m back in town after an amazing week by the seaside, and I’m so ready to make things happen this week. I feel refreshed and full of energy. If you’re thinking of taking a road trip this weekend, definitely go ahead and do it! It’s going to do wonders for your overall state of mind, trust me!
ON THE BLOG:
This week I shared my secrets on finding new clients as a freelancer. After all, it’s my number one task as a web designer. The number of your followers truly doesn’t matter if you’re not turning your fans into customers. Thus, to help you out in making your freelance life a bit easier, I shared a combination of ways I follow for finding new people to work with.
Last week I noticed that Pinterest started bringing me a lot of traffic. I’ve been putting extra work into building my Pinterest account in the last couple of months, and I can already see the difference! I shared my story on how I turned Pinterest into my biggest source of referral traffic. I still have a long way to go, but I’m beyond excited to see my techniques working!
THINGS I LOVE:
I’m currently in that stage where I want to rebrand my blog completely, and I needed some inspiration lately! I spent a few days chilling on the beach, reading blogs & I definitely raised my motivation up! One of my favourite blog these days is MediaMarmalade. Melissa is a pro blogger indeed! I absolutely love how she combines her outfit posts with blogging tips & provides so much free info for the fellow bloggers. I know you’re going to fall in love with her blog!
CLIENT LOVE:
I could say that 99% of my clientele is primarily females, so I get very excited for all boy-bloggers that use my services! Kasper’s blog is fabulous one-stop fashion destination, and he’s now using our latest Madeira WordPress Theme. I also love seeing our Madeira theme for Blogger being used on A G Thing blog. It matches the custom adjustments perfectly! Let me know what you think!
SHOP THE POST:
This weather is all about those dresses & converse combinations, shop the looks:
PERSONAL:
Guys, I’m so excited! I’m finally getting a new camera on Thursday! It’s been a blast shooting on my Sony rx100m2, but I realised I need to a go little more pro if I want to take a my blog to a new level. I will be re-shooting all the posts that uses stock images as I want to really work on my personal branding this time. I’ve been blogging for a while now and even though it might be hard to strive for perfection with every aspect of my blog, I realise this only shows that I’m improving every day. I will also be taking new pictures for my shop soon, so make sure to stick around & let me know if you like the changes!
Hope you enjoyed this post, folks! Let me know what are you striving for this week!
