Things I Love + Personal

This month, I feel like I really find peace with myself. I used to laugh at people getting obsessed with meditation and similar things, but it really does work guys… I never thought that spending only a few minutes a day checking in with your inner self can make such a difference & I was SO wrong.

Therefore, I started to implement daily mindfulness into my routine & August was probably one of the worst & best months I had this year. I really examined myself & realised what I want and what I do not want in my life. I can not wait to share more about my new goals in a couple of weeks, but in a meantime, go ahead & download Headspace app, it’s magical.
