It’s been a crazy year for me, folks. I feel like I have accomplished just as much as I missed out on this year, but I woke up this morning to the realization that I still have almost two months to turn things around…and well- so do you. We all still have time & if you were planning to finally start that online business this year- you can absolutely still turn your year around! Roll up your sleeves, follow the checklist and just do it.

Checklist On Starting An Online Business In 2018

☑ Register a website. This is the first and most obvious step you have to take. Every online business needs a website & nope, you don’t need any preparation to get started, it can easily be done today. You can follow the tutorial over here to make the process smooth.

☑ Have a clear niche. I used to blog about EVERYTHING. Seriously. Not only it was exhausting, but I couldn’t see my blog + biz growing smoothly. As soon as I decided to narrow my niche, things started to pick up. Read: How to Find the Right Niche for Your Blog?

☑ Decide on how you’re going to monetize. There are many ways in which your online presence can be monetized,

☑ Get on social media. Go ahead and register your business name on Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest & Facebook straight away. Create strategies, make friends, have fun and tell your story! Read more: Growing Your Blog’s Audience Through Social Media.

☑ Improve your photography skills. In this visual era of the internet, your photography skills mean more than ever. With a huge competition out there, most readers will leave your blog straight away if they don’t like the visual aesthetics of your blog. Uploading high-quality, professionally edited images can really help you attract attention to what you really want to say throughout your content. ☑ Set goals. Running an online business is a never-ending work & you always have space to improve. End of the year is the perfect time to reflect and set yourself towards a new direction. ☑ Believe in yourself & work hard. You have to be strong & confident about the work you’re going to do. There’ll be ups and downs, but if you really think that working online is for you, I know for sure it’s going to work out. I keep telling you this, but that’s very true- if I can do it, so can you!
