If you’ve ever thought about monetizing your blog, you probably already heard of affiliate programs. To those, who are new in the field- affiliate marketing is a way for a business to reward bloggers for each visitor/sale brought by the blogger’s own marketing efforts. If you place your cards right, affiliate marketing can be a great way to start earning money from your blog straight away.
To help you out guys, I put together a list of my favourite Affiliate Programs that I personally use, trust & love.
RewardStyle has become a go-to site for some of the most popular fashion/lifestyle bloggers out there.
However, if you don’t have an established audience just yet- you might need to wait a bit longer until you get accepted. They are pretty selective in what they accept into the programme, but on the bright side- their commissions are worth the hustle!
As a designer, I also think that the widgets they offer are all very well made!
Opposite to RewardStyle, SSC accepts every blogger into a program straight away. Of course, there still are terms & conditions that you need to keep in mind, but other than that, you can actually start using the benefits of the program on day one.
Shopstyle works with thousands of trustworthy advertisers and they offer pay-per-click commissions. Which means that you will make a few cents anytime someone clicks any of the links in your posts.
If you’re looking for a way to start monetizing your outfit posts ASAP- go with Shop Style Collective.
Not that long ago, Etsy introduced their affiliate program and it’s been so long awaited. As an Etsy affiliate, you’ll be promoting Etsy products that you think your audience is going to love. They offer great commission rates & their cookies last for 30 days which means that if a visitor clicks through to Etsy from one of your affiliate links, you’ll receive a commission on qualifying sales for the next month. That’s such a great thing if your reader isn’t ready to make a purchase straight away!

Amazon Affiliate program has been loved by book bloggers for ages, but with their recent changes, we’re looking at some kind of a development in the campaigns. As per February 2017, Amazon announced that they will now be using flat commission rates and that changes their old system completely. However, remember that you can now also monetise your blog posts for referring your visitors to a range of other Amazon services, including Prime Video, Prime Music and Kindle Unlimited. I believe that all Amazon products go very well with lifestyle blogging, so I’ll continue using it with pleasure.
I believe it’s important to work with brands that truly stand for who you are. I’ve been working with Bluehost’s affiliates for over a year now & I still stand behind every word when I say that their web hosting services are the best in the business. I always, always recommend Siteground to all of my clients and I’m happy to feature their services on my blog as well. Read: Why Your Blog’s Success Depends on Your Web Host?
If you’re sharing blogging tips on your blog, you should definitely look into working with your favourite blogging services provider. I bet that your audience would love to know what services you are personally using!
Hope you enjoyed this post, folks! Let me know what are your favourite programs for monetizing your own blogs!
