We all have our favourite go-to salads and they always save us when it’s time for a quick lunch and you want to treat yourself right. We can love them as much as we can, but the truth is, jus like with every relationshop: the day comes when we all get bored of our favourite salads. And it’s ok- this means that it’s just about time to spice things up!
Quinoa is brilliant add-on to your everyday veggies and it’s soo good for you! My work-outs been killing me lately and I’ve been craving for something full of protein. So instead of getting a nasty burger- I made these amazing and so colourful Quinoa Pear Salads, give it a go:
What you’ll need:
• half glass of quinoa, simmered in 3 times as much water.
• 1 large avocado
• 1/2 red pepper
• 2 tomatoes
• Spoonful of capers
• 1 small pear
• Half spoonful of mustard
• Spoonful of olive olive oil
• Salt + Pepper
How to prepare:
Just get your quinoa ready, remove the remaining water and throw everything into a bowl. Chop your veggies and fruits- add mustard, spices, olive oil and mix everything well. Serve as side or as a main course- you and your friends won’t be disappointed, I give my word!
