I’m not a morning person whatsoever. Funnily enough, the life I decided to lead doesn’t really come with a lot of long mornings. Especially with a new business on my shoulders, I now rely on the productive start of the day more than ever. In this posts, I wanted to share what has proved to work for me thus far. Are you ready?
3 Crucial Things To Do In The Morning For A Super Productive Day
#1 Don’t Snooze
Not gonna lie, I’ve been all about those long morning social media scroll sessions for as long as I can remember. However lately, I’ve realized that this doesn’t do me any good. These days, I try to jump out of the bed as soon as my alarm goes off. I know that hitting that snooze button is tempting, but not feeling that guilt of missing the early meeting is even better, trust me! If you feel like this is a bit of a challenge for you, try leaving your phone in the other room. That way, you’ll have to get up and turn your alarm off which will decrease the temptation to go back to sleep or spend another hour on your Instagram feed rather than up and ready to shine.
#2 Exercise
I’m not that much into sports. You won’t find me lifting weights at any point of the day, but even as little as 10 minutes of stretching in the morning gives me the reason to be more active & happier throughout the rest of the day. Don’t worry, you don’t have to go overboard or even join a gym for this. There are plenty of fun videos on youtube that will help you find an exercising routine that works for you.
#3 Eat well
To me, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Did you know that breakfast-eaters tend to have lower rates of heart disease, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol? What’s even better:
